Purchase Order Instructions

Purchase orders are accepted for all purchases with prior approval.

Please call our customer service department at 800-762-9010, fax us at 240-780-3309 or email us at help@americanchairmats.com to get approval.

Alternatively, you can proceed through the normal checkout process and select "Purchase Order" as your method of payment.  A Customer Service representative will contact you shortly after the order is placed to verify all information for approval.

• Please be sure to include an email address on your purchase order so that we can send you an order confirmation and tracking information.  Additionally, in an effort to Go Green, we email the invoice as opposed to mailing it.
